 Aquatic Bodywork ClassesWater Explorations in Hawai'i Aloha and greetings from the Big Island! We invite you to study aquatic bodywork in Hawai'i, to enjoy the warmth and luscious beauty of this wild land while learning some of the most innovative and profound forms of bodywork of our times. Please check the list below including upcoming courses in 2008. You can accrue hours towards WABA (Worldwide Aquatic Bodywork Association) registration and/or licensing in Hawai’i as a massage therapist. All classes are valid for Hawai'i therapeutic massage license purposes. Be aware that the creators of several modalities of aquatic bodywork have created their own curriculum and registry of practitioners, amongst them Aquatic Massage, Healing Dance and Dolphin Dance. You might want to come as a Kalani volunteer for three months ($1500 total for lodging and three meals a day, work-exchange 30 hours/week)) during which you can have 21 days to take any of the workshops offered at this fabulous ocean-side retreat center on the East Coast of the Big Island close to a warm pond formed by hot springs and a beach where you can swim with wild dolphins (http://kalani.com/community/volunteer/index.php) (check for discounts and/or scholarships available). You will only have to pay for the tuition of each course of your choice. Other accomodations are also available.
